1891 he is the Son of David Goodale mentioned earlier by hanes tulu
Father Dacid is a Farmer in 1891
1901 he is under Earnest Goodale, Assistant Baker, to Widow Eliza Cunnington, a Grocer/Baker in Lutton.

Ernest died 1972 age 94

Thanks all, But sorry should be Goodsale's,

FindMyPast - I put "goodsale" (surname, exact) and "lincolnshire" into search fields, any census (1841-1911) which returned no "hits".

FreeBMD - searching on the surname "goodsale" (exact), county "lincolnshire" also draws a blank (birth, marr. or death)

Thanks trish, Goodale was correct then after all, his father David I had as the miller at Harrisons mill in Long Sutton in 1871 Master miller & baker which was before Ernest was born so did not put them together. The E Goodale you have age 40 was the wife of David Elizabeth.

Hello by chance I came across this post today I live at Goodale's bungalow in Lutton Gowts. The Goodale's family lived on this site on  in a bungalow that has now been rebuilt up until 2007. Formerly on this site that has been a post and beam mill and someone said a bakery. I believe the last Goodale's to live here where brother and sister and had no children but I cannot confirm this.

Michelle Green just seen this, there was a mill but I have very little information except a old photo which shows the mill as a tower mill not far from the other mill known as Sneath's Mill.
