Did anyone go there during the forties and can remember the Head teacher Mrs Browne and her big dog.it would be good to catch up with some fellow pupils.

What breed was the dog?

It is so wonderful  for  a headteacher to take their dog to school with them.

It was a huge fluffy chow who sat by the open fire in the classroom.We are going back to the  1940s where iced up milk bottles used to melt by mid morning break .If it hadn't we thought we were eating ice cream.
