Sure is a tad confusing.
Is this right: Gilbert born in Twyning Tewkesbury
Gilbert Meadows - parents Ralph Douglas Meadows and Agnes Sophia Tuffly married 1903
Ralph Meadows - parents Thomas Joseph Meadows and Harriet Harriett Bennett 1869
Thomas Meadows - parents Samuel and Charlotte Watts 1845
Samuel Meadows - parents William and mother unknown

You really do need to give an idea of dates so that we can try to help you. Some details in previous thread-

I can see why your confused, that other post has confused me.
Can you start by giving us dates for Gilbert, as in birth, death and marriage?
Who did Gilbert marry. Only name them if deceased.
