just seen a link on a website regarding the Lunacy Patients Admission Register 1846-1912 for Elijah Eaton died 8 January 1866. If anyone can assist with details I would be grateful.

There isn't much information

Elijah Eaton admission no. 24,018. Admitted as a private patient on 30th August 1865 to Wye House, Buxton. Died: 8 Jan 1866.

Many thanks. It answers the question why he died in Derbyshire and not his home area.
