Family Jones confusion TRAWSFYNYDD

I need help 'cause I am confused and need a fresh pair of eyes from an authorative on Trawsfynydd!!

My family were living in Efeidiog Uchaf in the early 1800's, ie William JONES bc1791(1841 census) and Elin WILLIAM (1841, 1851), they had several children, two of which were born in Efeidiog Uchaf, Elin 1819 and Richard 1827 (probably more in gap years but no records found)...

My confusion lies in the death obligation of Richard Jones of Efeidiog 1832 (nlw wills), signed by his brother Henry Jones (Harry) of same...

This Harry has a child baptised Efeidiog Uchaf in 1801 (Jane by Mgt his wife)

The dates overlap, which where the confusion lies , does anyone know who Richard and Henry JONES were..hope this makes sense!!!
