I'm looking for Coe family in Great. Maplestead and surrounding area. I believe my G.G.grandfather Isaac Coe came from there. I am from Australia where Isaac's son John came as a ships boy in 1881. Can anyone help me. Thank you. Leonie.

Found Henry's baptism, also s/o John and Elizabeth - so he's Isaac's brother. maybe they married Argent sisters. His baptism was 28 May 1815. in Gt M. Earlier same month a John and Catherine Coe baptised a daughter Harriet in Gt M.
