Where would I find original marriage records for Monaghan 1855?  Proni, Groni or Dublin records?
Also birth records Cavan 1840's.

Registration of births started in 1864- there are no birth certificates before that date.

Registration of Catholic marriages started in 1864- from 1845 for non-Catholic marriages.

Where would I find birth certificates after 1864 for Monaghan? Not just the record but a full copy of the cert.
