Help with russian translation

Hi, is anyone able to provide translation from Russian cursive into English. This is writing on the back of old family photos. Please let me know. I will send the pdf of the scan.

In kind & long memory of my

I send you my photograph as a gift
Panya Dilipchuk?

Kovel is a town in the Ukraine.

I'm not that certain of the surname since the pen strokes for the letters could be a number of combinations.

Thanks the surname is the only thing I am sure of. This is a good starting point.

The second one is also an 'in memory' type message and mentions two brothers and I really struggling with their surname    It was also written in 1937, but where is proving difficult to work out.

Names are always difficult and there are slight differences in the Russian & Ukrainian alphabets which can complicate things.

Just realised that the first photo has a photographer's stamp on it in western letters.
