Flynn family County Kerry
« on: Thursday 18 August 16 16:35 BST (UK) »
I have asked for help before with my brick wall concerning my Irish ancestors.
Only info anybody in the family have been able to find out is.

My 3x Great-grandfather was Daniel Flynn born about 1823 place not known, he married Honora
Cronin she was born Oct 20th 1820 in Tralee.
My 2x Great-grandfather was Maurice Flynn born may 23rd 1851 in Tralee, he married Eliza or maybe she was called Elizabeth Lyons born 1855 county Kerry.
My Grandfather was baptised Stephen Flynn but he called himself Stephen Joseph, he was born Aug 31st 1896 in County Kerry he came to England at some point but we do not know just when.

We believe that Maurice had two other sons one of which we believe went to live in Australia, and the other came to England to the North east we believe and started an Haulage Business.
So does anyone have any connection to these Flynn and can help.

Welcome back Tancor. I was trying to help find your other posting to see what was fund but I have only been able to find tancor2 but it had no mention of the Flynn Family. I will merge these two profiles so that you will be able to pick up notifications on your old topics.

Regards

Sarah

Their marriage, which as I'm sure you know doesn't have parents names.

With regards to the twins Maurice and John.
In the Civil Records there is a birth for Maurice and two John's in 1888.
There is a death of a John age 0 in the first quarter of 1888.
There is no John in the 1901 Census.
