GANFIELD William 1832 Meare.

We have a William Ganfield, bapt. Meare. 8 1 1832, son of William and Charlotte.
He appears with them on the census, in 1841. ( William is their second son called William, as they have one bapt Wells in 1828, buried Meare, 1830 )

There is another William, baptised, 21 11 1847, Meare, son of William and Charlotte.

Neither William appears on the census with them in 1851.

Help needed, finding them on the census or, their death / marriage please.

William and Charlotte emigrate to Iowa and are on the census there in 1856.

FS shows a Hannah born to those parents names and baptised Meare 20.8.1843 and another Hannah baptised 16.6.1844.  Also:

I have had a closer look at the fiche and the name is Arthur, the way it is written it looks very like the William in the father's name.
The person who compiled http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~colinsgenealogy/Udevsite/Family%20A-Z/Baptism%20Surname%20G.html made the same mistake.

Thank you both for your help, it is much appreciated.

Found the Parish entry and also looked at the image and agree, with how it could be mis transcribed.

Have the other baptisms, thank you, but looking for a death, for the Hannahs.
BMD have a death in June Q 1844 Wells which could be 2nd Hannah'

Just to conguse things more Susan seems to be known as Hannah.

Still searching for William in 1851.
