Queensland death certificate - COMPLETED
« on: Sunday 28 August 16 18:04 BST (UK) »
Hi,

I'm sorry if the answer to my question is lurking somewhere here, but I have so far not been able to uncover it.  I have just discovered the Queensland website (very exciting!) where I can order my Great Aunt's death certificate but I am a bit confused about the difference between the certificate and the scan.

Am I correct in thinking that the scan of the register has all the information in its original format - and that I can download it immediately, whereas the certificate has the same information but has to be posted to me?

Thank you,

Liz  8)

I have answered my own question - and now have the downloaded scan - very revealing!
