Sometimes it was cheaper to go via Canada but can't see them again
between 1901 - 1914 yet

Anna on the 1914 passenger list is Hannah Swinnerton baptised 7 June 1891 Bury St Paul to Samuel Swinnerton and Martha - Samuel a pattern maker living at 50 Rochdale Road.

Birth registered Bury - Q2 1891 - 8c 632

Hannah is a niece of Edward and Alice Ramsden on the UK 1911 - 57 Lucas Street Lancashire.

Alice was a sister to Martha

Edward Ramsden married Alice Kirkman at Bury - registered September 1893 - 8c 556

Couldn't see Annie/Hannah in New York after the 1914 arrival.  Wondering if she returned to the UK and sadly passed away in December 1916   :'( - Hannah Swinnerton - aged 25 years - Bury - 8C 567

There is a possible UK Return Passenger List - John Swinnerton aged 21 years, born 1893 - New York to Liverpool on the Baltic - 20 March 1914 - occupation machinist.

I was referring to his sister Annie/Hannah.
