Help with Cooper Frostenden and Blyford suffolk please

 I have Charles Cooper born abt 1810 Blyford and his brother John Cooper abt 1826 frostenden, who was with Charles on 1871 census, I am trying to find their parents with no luck, are there not a lot of records on line for Suffolk or is it just me.
I did find a baptism for a Charles Hurren Cooper in 1809 in Halesworth parents John and Elizabeth.
also John Cooper in 1825 Frostenden again parents John and Elizabeth it could be them but just not sure not enough information.
 I thought Hurren could be Elizabeth's maiden name but I can not find a marriage.
any idea's  or help would be very much appreciated

Hi bumping this up to see if others can help you, Charles Cooper is married in 1871 to a Mary they married 29th July 1829 Reydon Mary is Mary Brown,  if John is the one on 1881 Census married to a Harriett Chaston September qtr 1871 Blything 4a 1085 then this certificate will provide at least his father?!

The possible parents of Charles/John John 54 Elizabeth 55 Charlotte 25 John 15 and John Marsh Cooper 0 in Frostenden 1841 census

Hi glad to have given you avenues to explore, it is John from 1841 census (If him and still single) is the problem 1851/61?

 I have not been able to find John born 1826 on the 1851 or 1861 census.  I have found a John Cooper born abt 1825  he was given 10 years for House breaking

Sentence:   Transportation

it would account for not finding him on the 2 census, could he have gone to prision and not transported .
