There is a place of worship for Primitive Methodists. About 420 children are taught in the four public schools of the parish, and there are five private schools, in which are about 450 children.
http://www.irelandgenweb.com/irllet/parishes/DrumleaseCP.htm but where in 1870's would they have gone to School??

I'd hazard a guess at Dromahaire which would have been location for Parish Church..

I did an advanced search on

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/advanced-civil.jsp

using just   Young   and    Hamilton    in Search boxes, for Marriages,  no results!!
