I am working on the Meyers - Imberi Family Tree.  Joseph John Meyers (born June 1872 in Kondell Russia, died April 1926 in Rosthern, Saskatchewan) and Mary Adelaide Imberi (born October 1878 and died in 1959 in Rosthern, Saskatchewan) immigrated to Canada in 1902, and settled in Pierson, Manitoba. I am looking for their parents and siblings.  I am not sure if any other family members immigrated to Canada.  They also had 3 children I am unable to find any info on - Martin Meyers, Bernard Meyers and George Meyers.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Is there any possibility that the surname got a little mangled?

I have found a christening on family search of a Catharina Meier on 10th March 1906 at St. Paschal, Leipzig, Saskatchewan.  Parents are Joseph Meier and Maria Imberi.

You give no indication of where and when Joseph and Mary married nor whether they have any connection to the UK at all.

Where were they living when they emigrated to Canada in 1902?

1921 Canada census , incorrectly transcribed as Frasier and then wrongly corrected to Preyer :

The correct surname is Meyers, but it has been misspelled in census reports, etc.  I assume Joseph and Mary married in Russia, as they immigrated together under the same surname.  They have no connection to the UK that I am aware of.  I assume they were living in Russia before they came to Canada. 

Thanks for your help.  Hopefully we can find more info.
