Church, lytch gate on junction Possibly West Country? ✔ PAIGNTON
« on: Thursday 22 September 16 10:02 BST (UK) »
Hello!

Any ideas please as to the location of this

Church, lytch gate on junction. Possibly West Country?

Another image from a small collection of Devon & Cornwall views c1911. Could it be round the TAVISTOCK  area? No traders' name lettering on shop.

With thanks~001uk

001uk,
Can I ask you please  would. You be willing to post one of your interesting photos as  A Caption competition please?  Preferably with people in it please?

Several years ago we had a regular weekly caption comp, which was very popular.  Perhaps we could restart it, with your help?

Isn't the man on the right of the gate holding a small suitcase?
Perhaps he's saying "Doesn't look much like a B&B, but it's definitely the address the tourist office gave me"
