So the home owner in 1901 was Arthur H. Carver... A cotton Seed Merchant born 1859 in Gibraltar. Living on Southfield Road...There is a Soutfield Drive in North Ferriby so not sure the house is still standing...more searching...

Look at the line of vertical bricks between the window and the door - identical.

PC. I think you've cracked it!

I've just been having a google streetview look around North Ferriby but not had any luck. I went down Humber Road too.  :-[

How did you manage to find it?

If I have the numbering right it's 38 Humber Road, North Ferriby.

I was trying to track down all the houses named on the map - I can't believe that I was having a look at Marine Cottage a few doors away.  :)

Well done. It wasn't easy to find. I'm very happy that it still stands and very nice it still is too.  :)
