Hi howemoor87

We have a 'no living people' policy here so Rootschat is not the forum for this type of request.

What sort of information are you looking for so we don't duplicate what you already know?

How can I find where and when he died?
I know this may not be possible due to the time period since death.

As long as he died in England and Wales he should be in the death index.

Do you know what his full name was and when was he born?

have you tried searching at www.freebmd.org.uk

I couldn't find a marriage for Robert Barclay & Margaret Darcy , but have spotted a WW1 service record which states they married in 1914 in Glasgow and lists 2 children : Michael John Boyle Darcy b 1913 Glasgow and Henry b 1914 Anderston Glasgow. Does this sound like the right family ? Looking at the free index on ScotlandsPeople I can see a Robert Barclay b 1919 in Anderston , I can't access the details , and there's a Robert Barclay b 18 May 1919 who died in Newport : Feb 1994 C38C 8362C Entry 47 . You would need to check the birth registration first to see if this could be the right man.
