Wanted Marriage lookup on  Henry Heaps born 1833 Preston Lancashire son of John Heaps and Jane Towers, Lady Henry Married was called Elizabeth Harrison born 1837 Longton Lancashire England

The marriage is registered in the first quarter of 1855 in the Preston RD. This RD covers a number of parishes.
Allen, Brown, West - Berkshire
Caesar, Dicker, Lamden, West - Hampshire
Hicks, Martin, Masters - Kent, Middlesex
Hancox/Hancock/Hancocke - Warwickshire
Gardner - Devon
Traylen - Essex & Jersey

It was either at the Register Office or "Registrar Attended"

If they married in 1855, the censuses of 1861 and 1871 should cover the children aspect.
