Hi everyone
Any suggestions
My 2 times great grand father Charles butcher
I have church records for Charles son of James and Maria 4.1810 which I believe to be right
I have marriage 1839 to Sophia  leane which know is right

But I have no censuses for him
1851shows Sophia married but no Charles
Also 1841 Sophia wife but no Charles

Also I have no death certificate for Charles

Any help

Whereabouts are we talking?  On the 1851 census, I can see a Sophia Butcher and children in Stratford le Bow - is that the right one?

Probably - the marriage is in Lambeth

Yes that is the census and the marriage is in lambeth

There is a death entry for Charles Butcher in Lambeth in 1863 if that helps?

I have the death cert for Sophia. It is the one on 1875
I might order the cert for,charles butcher in 1863
I just wonder where they all were in 1861and where they were in 1841
They have a child  Charles butcher born in 1840 but no sign of them

There are other children born between 1851and 1861but can't find them on 1861
William born 1854
Betsy christened 21.7.1850
Henry born 1853

Also Sophia death states 56in 1875 born Middlesex St James
No birth records
Sophia leane. Father joseph
