Although William Miller is a common name I can find only one in Wigan in 1911.
Also had a look for WW1 service records & found a William Miller living at 1 Fogg Lane Platt Bridge Wigan.
Born there in 1895. Listed as single & a grocer. Undistinguished military career as he was a C.O.
NOK Mother Jane Miller.
1911: RG14; Piece: 23040
One to keep on the back burner.

I had wondered about this one on the 1901, last night, as there is a father Thomas. Son William is a grocer's apprentice, but mother is Elizabeth.

Possible for Alice - Alice Beatrice Wall born 1896 living Wigan with her parent James a commercial traveller and Eliza and siblings George Hilda James Ada .
