No, it would only be guessing. Can you recall any grandparent's names your father may have mentioned?

It appears that your father had a brother and sister, are they deceased?

You really now need to apply for the marriage certificate for Alice Wall to William Miller cost £9.25 which should give you both their fathers' names and with any luck their ages (although it may just say 'Of full Age').  As both Alice Wall and William Miller are relatively common names any research further back is likely to be guesswork without at least father's names to go on.

Details for certificate purchase from site below:  Vol 8c Page 288 Registration District Wigan Year 1919  Quarter 2 (April/May/June)    as Jamjar has stated.

Although William Miller is a common name I can find only one in Wigan in 1911.
Also had a look for WW1 service records & found a William Miller living at 1 Fogg Lane Platt Bridge Wigan.
Born there in 1895. Listed as single & a grocer. Undistinguished military career as he was a C.O.
NOK Mother Jane Miller.
1911: RG14; Piece: 23040

think that was a cousin,  my granddad William was at yppres an paschendale an also at a soldiers home in southport till 1919 for either gas  to do with lungs I think think he died 1941
