Hi
Sorry - put it all on hold for a week or so. I have had a chat with my Dad and he has told me to contact his cousin who is also tracing the Goodall family tree so hopefully I will get more answers.
Charlotte Goodall was her married name. I have found records of their marriage and possibly even her husbands second marriage.
I really want to find out about Charlottes life in Parkside, Macclesfield as this is where she spent most of her life.
Would there be any medical records of attendance etc anywhere?
Thanks
Jo

Medical records are normally closed for 100 years?
.   And quite often they are destroyed before that time, because otherwise they would squire too much storage space

Hi jo.shelly
You want  contact Cheshire Archives in Chester uk, for Parkside Hospital, Macclesfield.
They had records for my Grandfathers brother who died there in 1947, there was  summary of his life ( in war, regiment ect, illnesses ect) listing over the years any problems he'd had and treatment and date and cause of death. I don't know if every patient had such full records though, I went to Chester to see them, they will look up the indexes to check if they have anything on him/her
