Kathleen was born in London on 11 July 1905, according to a 1961 passenger list (the couple appear to have travelled widely).  However, her birthdate was recorded as 11 July 1904 on her death registration (Mar qtr 1972 Hastings).

If it's her parents you seek, do you have the Fann/Brennan marriage certificate (Sep qtr 1933 Croydon) for paternal name & occupation, and other details?

There is a baptism for a Kathleen Elizabeth Brennan at Emmanuel Church, Maida Vale on 31 July 1904 (birthdate not stated).

Parents: Michael (a farrier) and Louisa, of 97 Salisbury St.

The (likely) corresponding birth registration is Sep qtr 1904 Marylebone (FreeBMD).
