Geoff maybe right, the fact there is no date on F M P ( Just says marriage place) for the Staffordshire wedding may suggest that the Banns were read there and the marriage took place in Isell.

Your best bet would be to contact local archives to find out where the wedding actually took place, unless someone has access to the registers. I've been having a look round but can't find any record

I did not see the records on anyones tree it was in the marriages section, am I allowed to copy info from ancestry onto this page?

I have seen the entries on Ancestry (all five of them ~ from the 'England an Wales Marriages 1538-1940') and it does say the wedding in 1833 occurred on this date in each Parish

The original data came via the BIVRI index from the LDS (familysearch) records ~ which always need to be checked out properly.

I agree the SCRUGHAM "marriages" are on BIVRI. Indeed, the only SCRUGHAM marriages on BIVRI were allegedly at Burton.

should have explained myself clearer ~ all five entries of the 1833 Burton upon Trent marriage appear in Anc*, England and Wales Marriages.

Can't see the Isell one.

Mind you, OP has marked thread as complete, I can't see it's worth checking now.
