Heathfield /Horam (Horeham) /Warbleton etc, Sussex - World War One - Help!

Hi

I'm researching the lives of the men on the various WW1 memorials in and around Heathfield, East Sussex.

I have carried out basic research on Ancestry and FindMyPast but am looking for any families that may wish to contribute.

I hope to publish my findings eventually to ensure these men are not forgotten.

Are you able to list names or are there too many?  Or maybe provide a link to the names so people can have a look?

Oh dear yes, that would be a problem.

How many memorials are we talking about?  Would there be any way for anyone to access photos of the memorials?  You say in and around Heathfield so how many places are you trying to research?

Just throwing out suggestions/ideas here.

I've just found a list for Heathfield which includes second world war names as well.

If you are looking for descendants of those on the memorials, list the places you are interested in and request that the descendants look for those places using the above link.  Then people can see the names for themselves and check if they are related.
