What about Eliza Brimacombe, born Ilsington around 1866?
Is with her parents James and Maria in Ilsington in 1871 and 1881.

Willcocks, William Henry

William Henry died in 1908, he suffered a violent strain after ploughing a heavy field. His widow Eliza, of Ipplepen, then sued for compensation (is in the newspapers)
Looks like it could be your Eliza Willcocks who married James B Shenton, Newton Abbot, in 1918. He seems to have died in 1922.
Electoral registers have Eliza Shenton living at Myrtle Cottage, Ipplepen, along with some of the Willcocks children.
