From the limited information you have given, it is impossible to say whether the couple you have located on electoral rolls in NSW are the couple whose marriage you mention happening in Poplar.

Here is further information on the NSW couple.

The Electoral Roll sightings you give are inaccurate.

1930 McMAHON, Bernard (a painter) and Emily (H D).
8 Marlborough Ave, Toxeth, NSW

1933 as above.

1936
McMAHON, Bernard (an attendant) and Emily (H D).
74 Buckingham Street, Redfern, NSW.

1937 as above

Also
1936
McMAHON, Emily. (A cleaner)
53 Godsell Street, Camdenville. NSW
No others of the surname

1943
As above
1949
As above.

1950.
No definite sighting

This link will show you a funeral notice for the Bernard who was the husband in this couple.

In regard to the death notice of the Emily in Goodsell Street, these items from NSW BMD (Free to search) may be of interest.

https://familyhistory.bdm.nsw.gov.au/lifelink/familyhistory/search?0

Possibly the Marriage

9120/1927
MCGILL Clarence E
MCMAHON Lillian M
At NEWTOWN

And a possible Death
MCGILL Lillian Mary
20837/1985
Parents Thomas Joseph & Emily

You will have noted also the age at death of the Emily at Goodsell Street, which I see as 83.
This does not give a birth date corresponding to the woman you are seeking.

So, Getting back to your UK findings.
Emily Rosina POCOCK was born

Births Mar 1894
Pocock  Emily Rosina
Whitechapel  1c 307

The initial R. (after her name Emily) appears on the marriage indexing too.
Perhaps you have this certificate so are quite certain you have the right people in the marriage??

On the Electoral Roll findings in NSW, neither the second name Rosina, nor the initial R are used at all.

Can you tell us why you think there was an immigration to Australia for Bernard and Emily?

At this stage your research seems rather speculative ;D
