Honora McGowan (Annie?)
« on: Tuesday 15 November 16 18:16 GMT (UK) »
My family research has brought me to a Honora McGowan who married a Michael McGloin. When Michael died in 1920 the person named in his will is Annie McGloin. Was Annie ever a substitute for Honora.

Park the will for a moment and look at this census return, is this not the couple here (wife called Annie)?

And their marriage (wife called Honora):

Not sure what the (ww) after her name means! Can guess....
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
