Im new to all this & keen to find out some family history,so any help like starting point,sites etc would be very helpful.

My great great grandmother died in 1944 in London is not going to bring much response.

Give as much information as possible. Names, maiden names, area where people lived, occupations, birth, death, marriages.

Then someone or many are going to be able to help you.

Thankyou to people who very kindly replied.
I guess i should start with my father he was born in Ludlow in 1928.
He has a brother called  who was born 1931.
My grandfather was called Brian Fury i think he was born in 1903 also in Ludlow
My grandmother was called Ethel( nee Bradley) i think she was born around
1907 in diddlebury shropshire.
I will see if i can find anymore dates this week.

You've used the present tense for your father and uncle - does that mean they are still alive, if so, you need to remove their name as RC has a strict no living person rule.

To start you off - from Freebmd, here is your grandfather

Checking this on the General Register Office site - GRO (also free) it shows his mothers maiden name was    NICHOLAS . So knowing that, you should be able to find their marriage and find the family in the 1911 census. We are not allowed to give information from that, but you should find it on FamilySearch?

it also has
Ethel May Bradley living at Diddlebury,Corfton Batch , Craven Arms ,Shropshire
her birth registration is 1906
these records are something you can put down on paper .
Brian Joseph Fury is registered as birth 1902 at Ludlow - he dies jan / feb/mar/ 1959 aged 56 name spelt Brian
so we now know your grandparents were
Ethel May Bradley and Brian Joseph Fury - and thanks to Groom mmn Nicholas

John Fury was born in Knighton ,Radnorshire ,Wales and is a Nurse Child in 1881 census in Ludlow - he is with the Blakeway family - can another member please explain what a Nurse child is please ?
is it a sick child ?
