Ancestry co uk

HELP please,  used the free telephone number from the site,  08004049723,  not connecting
 
just found My subs were renewed 31 Oct, should not have been,  but they were.   did cancel on line straight away, because couldn't get through on this number.   

Does anyone have a different number, I want to ask why this happened.  Also seems having cancelled  can't seem to contact on line.

That phone line is manned Monday to Friday, 9am to 10pm; Saturday & Sunday 9am to 8pm.

I cancelled my subscription a few years ago, and still connect every day ;D

Saundra,  tried dialling  the number, it doesn't even ring  just     unattainable

KG Thank you for times etc.   I had read them, and I can still go on the site,  can you tell me were I can find details on HOW to contact them?  please.

At the bottom of any Ancestry page, click on "Support Centre".

I then clicked on "Accounts & Billing".

Down the right-hand side, under the heading "Need additional help?", click on "Contact Us".

Can you confirm the number you are dialling?

Are you with-holding your number?

Can you call any/every other number?
