Looking for more information re James JACOBS enlisted at Kingston on Thames November 1919 in the Royal Army Service Corps. Gave his age as born 1900.  Occupation: Cycle Fitter.  His Soldier Number on enlistment was 635.  Can sks help with more of his service and how long he was in the Army.

He would have still been serving in 1920?

So, his service record will still be with the MOD.
See:
https://www.gov.uk/get-copy-military-service-records/overview

There is a fee of £30.
And you will need a copy of his death certificate, unless he died in service.
