There is a marriage bond on Familysearch for the marriage of Joshua and Martha, but the bond gives his date of birth as 1768.
Martha is a widow.

In 1851 he is a widower - birthyear 1793 and birthplace Prescot

Freebmd has several Mary Hewitt deaths in Prescot between 1841-1851 but none for a Martha Hewitt

According to Prescot Hewitt list the date is 1786, but it could be wrong. I will do more research, children were Ellen born 1808 and Thomas born 1810. Thanks everyone

Just checked out the Martha was definitely a widow. and Joshua  and her married in Liverpool  was Joshua born in Liverpool ?
