Perhaps not quite that simple as these are all the areas contained within the Bedwelty Registration District.  Unless you know the name of the church and the area they married in it would be quite a task trying to find it

I PM'd Blodwen Luffman's date of birth to grubheam - 28 Apr 1894, hoping that might narrow it down and that she might be found from that. However there are 12 Blodwen Jones born in that quarter in Wales and none registered Bedwelty.

If there were - say - 2 churches/chapels  in each place that would be around 22 to search.  As you don't know the actual marriage date - it would mean seaching 3 months worth of entries in 22 lots of church records.

If you were to order the cert tomorrow it would probably be with you by Monday or Tuesday as the GRO will probably want to have a "clear out" of applications before Christmas.  They have a 4 working day turnaround anyway

If the one you have is right, there is a possible birth registered in the Sept quarter of 1892 in Bedwelty. However that is presuming that she was born in the same place as she married.

Births Sep 1892
Jones    Blodwen        Bedwelty    11a   74

Her mother's maiden name was Thomas. I'm not sure that is going to help though as you now have two common names and no way of knowing when her parents married! Also no guarantee it is the right person.

Unless anyone has instant access to the PR, you might be better off doing as Carole suggested and sending for the certificate.
