I wonder if someone can do their usual magic and clean and fix this photograph up generally.   I don't know if the dots on the dress is meant to be or is just accumulation over the years!

Thank you all for the superb work you have done - I might add this is one of the few photos that have shown my husband's grandparents faces and it is lovely to see their features so sharply.
As for the the 'dots' ... well they may have all liked the same material (or perhaps it was the only material they could get
