Sarah Ann SWORDS born Ireland 1823
« on: Sunday 18 December 16 15:44 GMT (UK) »
Afternoon all,

I'm trying to find the above and not sure if to post this in the Ireland or Liverpool thread?

I believe that she lived in Ireland and married her husband Daniel McKevitt ( or Cavitt) over there. They moved to Liverpool about 1850 prior to the birth of my 2nd great grandfather James McKevitt.

I am guessing Co Down area simply as my Mum says thats where the McKevitts came from. However I haven't found a birth or marriage cert for any of them as yet ??!!.

Any suggestions? or should I repost in a more appropriate thread?

Is she the Sarah Ann Cavit aged 68 in Toxteth Workhouse in the 1891 census? That confirms Co. Down as birthplace.
