I am trying to find any information on a Frank Priest born abt 1900 in Dudley or Rowley Regis in Staffordshire/Worcestershire. He married a Gladys Dunn from Netherton, Dudley and was dead by 1939.

1901 census has 3 Frank Priests born within a year of 1900 in either Staffordshire or Worcestershire, neither particularly Dudley or Rowley Regis.  It does have a Priest family in RR, but no baby Frank.

Not seeing a marriage to Gladys Dunn though - when and where was that?

There's quite a few Priest -Dunn marrages at Dudley...but not with those christian names.
