John Moore returned to Fordstown and is buried in the local graveyard. I would love to know where his wife went and why?john died 26 July 1912 age 77. It will not let post picture of his headstone which I have.
I have a Facebook page set up
“ Moore Brother’s Fordstown “

There is a 1920 census with Rosanna Moore, age 65, born Ireland, widowed, living in Los Angeles, California with son Joseph, age 25, born Ireland, actor in motion pictures.  Their immigration year was listed as 1897, which is pretty close to the 1896 passenger list noted above, so seems like it could be a match.

Los Angeles Times from 30 Sep. 1924 has an obituary for Rosanna Moore, who died 29 Sep.  She was age 71 and listed as "loving mother of Tom, Owen, Matt and Joe Moore."  Funeral from the White Company, requiem mass at Church of the Blessed Sacrament, and interment Calvary Cemetery.

California death index says that Rosanna Moore, age 71, died in Los Angeles county on 29 Sep. 1924.

There is a 1918 article in which Rosanna says that Tom was coming to Los Angeles.  https://cdnc.ucr.edu/?a=d&d=LAH19180923.2.80&srpos=1&e=------191-en--20--1--txt-txIN-rosanna+moore-------1

You're welcome.

A 1919 article about her daughter's death also has Rosanna/Rose Anne living in Los Angeles.  https://cdnc.ucr.edu/?a=d&d=LAH19190311.2.172&srpos=3&e=------191-en--20-LAH-1-byDA-txt-txIN-%22joe+moore%22-------1

She died of pernicious anemia.  The death certificate information was provided by Matt Moore.
