carnmoney corner graveyard grave info

Can any one tell me who is buried in this grave E11 /13  it is in graveyard C at Carnmoney Parish Church the only name on it is Looney.

Have you tried contacting the church to see if they have a record of who might be buried in the plot?

If you mean this name on the surround, then it looks like it might be fairly recent (within last 75 years perhaps)-
