Here are Marjory and Margaret in the 1940 census - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KQSJ-H45

This article tells about a hospital pavilion being named after Margaret and a fundraising ball for it being attended by famous baseball player Mookie Wilson.  https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/148121042/

There is an obituary/story about Margaret in the NY Times.  http://www.nytimes.com/2000/12/31/nyregion/life-stories-lasting-legacies.html

One of the other cousins listed in Marjory's obituary was Alexander C. Walker of New York City, which I believe is the Alexander Cameron Walker mentioned here - http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=744347.msg5913976#msg5913976

I didn't see anything.  Not all naturalization records are available online, and she may not have become a US citizen.
