My mother was born in the same cottage 1910 at Bapton,same family,bakers/grocers.Originally started by Mary Ann Dyer,nee Petty from Fisherton Delamere,[adjoining hamlet]Mary a very enterprising lady,who obtained help from a local family of means to expand her business,by building a bakehouse,delivering bread by pony and cart to neighbouring villages circa 1870s onwards,after her husband James Dyer had died in1866.
Interested in the medical gen on the death certs,it all helps to build an overall picture.Thanks again. J.
