It's a long shot but I'm looking for relatives of Maurice A Sharpe born 1924 Wandsworth London.

There is also a potential sibling in Chatham (1947) and another in Lambeth (1960).

BTW - I have never understood the need to search for relatives?

Well if he has died then technically he is history!! 

I am interested in both. I am tracing the family history but also looking for living relatives. There is a possibility my dads long lost uncle is still alive which would be interesting for us as he might remember stories of my dads family which would be lovely for my dad to hear.

He died in 2000.

This came from a tree on Ancestry. I don't usually put up that kind of information as it's not my research but in this case there is a lot of qualifying information which looks like from a family member. He died in Queensland.
There's one brother mentioned who emigrated in 1954 & died in 1977. So there are relatives in Australia at least.
