Place name in Cape Town - completed with thanks

I recently discovered a faint pencil marking on the back of a very old faded photograph of a cottage. I can make out "cottage ... Cape Town", but have no idea about the middle word. Possibly ends in "...bray"?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Found plenty of "Bay's" but yet to locate a 'Bray'

Closest find was 'Mossel Bay'...possibly spelling wrong on photo?

Oh well done! Thank you all, especially sami - that looks perfect. Now that you say it, I can see it.  So good to have another (few) pair of eyes.
