Hi, I have recently discovered that my Great, Great, Great, Great Grandad is Lowam Smith (1825 -1905), son of Abraham Smith and Mary Booth of Nottingham. I had no idea that I was a descendant of a traveller family, or that they were such a big family. I am really interested to find out more about the Smith family and where they originated from. If anyone has any information that they could point me in the direction of, or if anyone knows of any articles or publications, I would be most grateful if you could let me know. Thank you
