PLEASE DATE AND MAYBE IDENTIFY THESE CHILDREN - NAME UNKNOWN

I found this photo behind another in a lovely frame - does anyone know who they might be? The photographers name has been cut from the picture. I had the frame given to me a while ago - I live in Crib Point (Hastings) Victoria Australia and don't know where the frame came from unfortunately.
There have been suggestions that this is a post mortem photo of one of the children but I don't think it is. Any ideas, date or identity please.
There is a small portion of the photographers 'logo' on the bottom of the picture which has been cut to fit the frame.

Typically 1880's-1890's but I suspect it's the 90's.
Is there anything on the back ?

Beautiful photo...I don't see any evidence of a Post Mortem photo...all the children's eyes are focused in the same direction.

Isn't the 'logo' the top of a British royal coat of arms? Could this be a stock photo sold with the frame?

No there is nothing printed on the back but there is a handwritten reference to the negative in pencil - 637 - and the size 18" x 14-1/2"
