I have Edward Taylor's death in Detroit, Aug. 1998, but not sourced.  Cannot state as fact.
Thank you for the burial dates for Elizabeth and Tremelling!
US SSDI has Edward Taylor born 18 Mar 1917 and died Detroit 12 Aug 1998. Birth slightly different than that shown on Elizabeth's Petition for Citizenship

Here's something else that's off about Edward.

He and Mabel applied and were given a marriage license 13 Oct 1938 and were married on that same day in Indiana. The DOB is also slightly off from what's on the SSDI.

BUT, in the Detroit newspaper 28 Sept. 1939 they are listed as applying for a marriage license? Were they married 1938 or 1939? Was the 1st one(1938) invalid?

Mabel died in 2002. The DOB matches what was on the marriage application.

Edward also died in Oakland County, despite that Detroit is listed as last place of residence on the SSDI.
