Also can anyone find the 1871 census for him he was a Marble Polisher but I can't find him.  He married in Manchester in 1872 I have his details and a copy of this.  He was born in Liverpool 29.03.1846

I have the 1851,1881, 1891,1901 and 1911 but not the 1861 and 1871

Hope someone can help me.

What was the address on the marriage cert in 1872?

Looks like 4 Scholes Entry, Manchester.  They were married at St John's Deansgate.  On the 1881 census they were living in Hulme.  Wife was Mary Potter

I have got the copy of the parish register its the census for this guy which is confusing he's on the 1851 census with his mother Elizabeth in Liverpool aged 5. 

The 1861 census could be him but can't fathom out who this Aunt would be in Blackburn or who his Uncle would have been!

Then couldn't find anything for 1871 although he married at St John's Manchester in 1872 ???
