Will transcription help

Is anyone able to help me decipher the names of the witnesses plus the Probate details on the above will? This is taken from the end of the Will as I didn't think it necessary to upload the whole thing.

There are a couple of words missing, at the end of the 2nd line (after Surrogate etc. and before Proved), because I don't recognise the Latin phrase. I suspect it just extends the description of the church official.

On further reflection, the symbol between Mary and Ruck might actually be her 'mark', rather than a middle initial), so perhaps ...

'Marks' used in place of signatures could take any sort of form, not necessarily X.
