Sennick, Borque Kircudbright McNISH, CLEIVE and WATSON names
« on: Thursday 02 February 17 11:49 GMT (UK) »
Hi there
Have found some images of m and bap in the 18thC stating the above 2 "places". Have looked on ScotlandsPlaces and the google site and only parish mentions, not a specific town/place/site. Does anyone know if they are actual villages?

The names are ones that have come up. Very grateful for information
Thank you
Meegan

Borgue is very much a village with church, school hotel etc. Senwick has a few houses and an old graveyard. Lovely little place which once was a parish (pre-reformation)

Thanks Ian.
I have found it now, don't know why I couldn't before. The PR definitely says Sennick so they are both close together
Cheers
