GenealogySA has a Cemetery Register at their Unley Road Library. It includes North Road and gives plot locations, or at least the row. Prospect Council Library might have something similar.
If you wish to visit the cemetery during the week, they have an office on site and the very helpful office manager can give you the exact location of the burial plots you are looking for.
